Today I offer you another episode of Video Messages from the Angels for October 2025 as well as a related Angel Exercise that I pray will help you take your practice deeper.

Before we go there, I’d like to share some guidance that popped in this morning: the profound importance of wonderment and curiosity. 

While exploring our new neighborhood on foot today, I wandered to a park by the river and settled on a bench to meditate for a moment. I always include a prayer for leaders who are grounded in compassion, kindness, wisdom, earth stewardship and love for all life. At the end, I asked the angels what else we need…

Their answer was to wonder. They continued to say that with all the stress and intensity of the world stage, many have closed their hearts to boundless wondering and curiosity about – what could be? What are the expansive possibilities for the higher path of the future? What can be imagined and therefore created differently…more lovingly?
