Dear ones…

Boundaries – and keeping them strong – has been a big theme these past few weeks. For my students, for my friends, for Peter, for myself…perhaps for you?

Intense energy often summons intense emotions.

Following a conversation in a class I was teaching last week, the following prayer spilled from Source into my consciousness and I was guided to share it with you.

It’s focused on the themes of purpose and inner peace understanding that with these things come necessary boundaries. Ultimately, we can’t do what we’re here to do and be who we’re here to be without healthy boundaries.

I pray that whatever you need from this prayer, you will take it.

Mother Father God, beloved Angels,

Please show me how I can serve in the highest good today.
Lead me on my path of truth and recognition of those I am destined to help and support.

Make clear my boundaries and give me the courage to say no when there is someone in need who would be better served by someone else or in some other way.

Give me the courage to say yes, when it is my purpose to show up and engage.

Free my heart from the pain of seeing those who struggle in their story and fail to rise up in faith. May they be freed by the wisdom and grace of your Love.

Hold me in your protective arms of sweet divinity.
I am here. I am listening. I am ready.
