A situation appears on the horizon, poised to approach and come closer. You may be worried about it.
You may even struggle to stop thinking about the things that could go wrong.
An unknown future around money, health, relationships, purpose.
Even after all these years of consciously allowing the angels to lead me, this happens to me too.
We’re human. It’s built into our HUMANness to contemplate the future, sometimes (or often) with concern.
A practice I learned years ago and have fine tuned with our daughter is to “send the angels ahead”.
What do I mean?
Summon the angels to ease the path, to resolve disharmony ahead of it coming to you.
How do I do this?
- I sit quietly and tune into my heart, feeling the energy of the angels become more present as I focus on them and their love with a boatload of gratitude.
- I think about the future situation that has me worried and I ask the angels to surround it, to intervene and deflect all lower vibrations.
- I then allow that energy to grow and expand within me, infusing said situation with their essence. Without words, just gratitude and certainty that they are taking care of it.
- And I let go. It’s in the hands of the Divine.
Our daughter and I have done this together – successfully I might add – for big things like health concerns and lesser things like parking, shopping, and so much more…
This practice can be done for ANY situation that weighs upon your shoulders.
For you…
- Sit quietly and tune into your heart, feeling the energy of the angels become more present as you focus on them. Let your gratitude for them and their love grow and grow until you feel full of heart.
- Think about the situation you’re worried about and ask your angels to surround it, to intervene and deflect all lower vibrations.
- Allow that energy to grow and expand within you, infusing said situation with their essence. No words necessary, just gratitude and certainty that your angels are on the job.
- Let go. It’s in the hands of the Divine.
Trust that whatever the outcome, it’s in your highest good.
I pray this simple practice helps you as much as it’s helped me.
All my love,
Elvia
