It takes courage to live your dream. It takes courage to ignore distractions from those around you. It takes courage to do have the strength to make changes to live a better life. It takes courage to listen to the truth of your soul.

My friend Katie Frantz has been going through a challenging period in her life and she is a model of courage in many ways. Even though she has been in major “healing mode”, she had the courage to be on stage last weekend. Check her out – isn’t she fabulous?!

Great things happen when you have the courage to take a stand and embrace your power. And you ARE powerful!
