As promised last week, Marianne and I recorded a short 18 minute Peace Prayers audio. It includes some suggestions for how to pray effectively, what we are all being called to do by our angels and recitations of 3 of my favorite peace prayers.
With all the gloomy news, it’s so essential that we stay focused on love, forgiveness and compassion.
This is our time to BE the peace!
I invite you to join with us, dear Rev. Elvia. My suggestion is to set aside about 20 minutes of quiet time to get the most out of this offering.

On the homefront, many thanks for your continued love and support for my family. I feel the lovin’!
One of my prominent smiling moments last week was seeing my Dad holding hands with my stepmother as they sat in their side-by-side reclining chairs. If I ever get to that point, I want my twin flame there with me all the way, just like they are for each other! Apparently my Dad had requested that the small table between their chairs be moved and his chair moved closer to hers so they could easily touch.
Oh! Which brings me to another smiling moment – my brother reported that my Dad almost fell through the crack between their side-by-side hospital beds. He was trying to curl up next to Clare and hug.
Picture: 92 year old, portly man trying to maneuver in his hospital bed to get closer to his beloved, ill wife, hooked up to his oxygen supply. Grateful he didn’t fall. And grateful for the adorable visual I have etched in my mind now of so much love expressed and shared.
Enjoy this day, this moment. It’s the energy and intention you choose to embrace in this moment that can change your life, those around you, and…ultimately, the world.
I will leave you with this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson…
“Nobody can bring you peace but yourself.”
Yours in peace and with much love,
Rev. Elvia Nina
