As I lay in bed praying to my angels, I asked them why my immune system seems compromised. I repeated over and over in my head, “My body is in a perfect state of perfect health” until I fell asleep. My body is in a perfect state of perfect health.

When I awoke this morning, my throat was still a bit sore, but was definitely better. I took my herbs, vitamins and a dose of that lovely tasting raw apple cider vinegar. (Don’t think I’ll EVER get used to that!) I said my morning prayers and got ready for a new day.

Today is a new moon. Comet Lulin is at its brightest and fastest point this month. Peter is wondering if this green-tailed comet is really the blue star that was predicted to arrive 3-4 years before 2012. Feels like it could be and the angels aren’t saying “no”!

It is a time to set the intention of seizing your opportunities. It is time to begin to realize your full potential.

I could have made the choice this morning not to pray for help and guidance.

I could have made the choice to allow my body to get sick again.

I could have made the choice to allow life to continue on without me.

But I didn’t.

I choose wellness.

I choose personal empowerment.

I choose Love…and all its many splendored things!

Seize your day and make it the best one yet! I know I am!
